C. Baxter Bode

Founder of the company, Baxter has been active in the mortgage business since 1985. Prior to 1985, he earned an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. His combined undergraduate degree in Math and Economics was earned at Rollins College.

Thomas G. Alday, III

Tom has been active in real estate since 1983. He has worked in the appraisal, real estate consulting, and development segments of the industry. Tom received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from Rollins College.

Robert W. Olsen, Jr.

Bob has been active in the mortgage business since 1978 and is Interlachen's primary loan underwriter. He graduated from Mercer University in 1976 with a degree in Economics. In addition to mortgage activities, Bob is actively involved in equity transactions.

J. Shelby Cox

Shelby joined Interlachen in 1998. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and has been active in real estate and banking since 1983. Shelby received an M.B.A. from Rollins College in 1987 and covers the North Florida markets for Interlachen.

Amanda Reed

Amanda joined Interlachen in 1996. She received her B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida in 1995 and earned her CPA designation in 1998. Amanda is our Portfolio Manager. She manages Interlachen's loan portfolio in excess of $400 million and is a Senior Loan Closing Coordinator.

Danielle Plastow

Danielle joined Interlachen in 2002. Danielle is our Closing Coordinator, in charge of handling all processes of our new loan closings. Danielle oversees the insurance for our portfolio and assists our Portfolio Manager with various servicing issues.

Mac Borling

Mac joined Interlachen in 2005. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance and has been active in the real estate market since 2003. A lifetime resident of Orlando, Mac focuses on the Central Florida market.

Ed Trifone

Ed has been active in small business and sales management since his graduation from the University of Notre Dame in 1988, where he also earned a master’s degree in administration. He has experience working with a wide array of clients and covers the greater Central Florida market.
