C. Baxter Bode
The company’s founder, Baxter has been active in the mortgage industry since 1985 after earning his MBA from Vanderbilt University, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He received his combined undergraduate degree in Math and Economics from Rollins College in 1982.
Thomas G. Alday, III
Tom has been active in real estate since 1983. He has worked in the appraisal, real estate consulting and development segments of the industry. In 1982 he received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from Rollins College.
Robert W. Olsen, Jr.
Bob has been active in the mortgage business since 1978 and is Interlachen's primary loan underwriter. He graduated from Mercer University in 1976 with a degree in Economics. In addition to mortgage activities, Bob is actively involved in equity transactions.
John Nicholas
John has been active in the Florida real estate market since 1987. He has worked in the commercial real estate finance and apartment development segments of the industry. In 1986 he received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
Alex Riva
Alex graduated with a degree in Business Management at Rollins College in 2018. He joined Interlachen in the fall of 2018, and is part of the small loans origination team. Alex has his Florida sales associate license in real estate. Alex is an avid supporter of Florida State University's football team and is a member of Florida's Coastal Conservation Association.
Patrick Higgins
Patrick graduated with a degree in Finance at the University of Central Florida in 2019. He started out as a Financial Analyst intern at Interlachen in June of 2018, and is now part of the small loans origination team. Patrick enjoys boating and deep sea fishing with his free time.
